چکیده

We evaluated the mechanical properties and torque/force generated during canal shaping by four NiTi files with innovative designs. Each of 52 TruNatomy Prime, XP-endo Shaper, Spring Endo unheated finish (Spring Endo), heated H) were subjected to bending, buckling, cyclic fatigue, torsional resistance tests (n = 10 per file type). Canal was simulated J-shaped resin blocks 10). Phase transformation behavior investigated using differential scanning calorimetry 2). Statistical analysis performed one-way ANOVA Games-Howell test. H showed higher bending buckling resistances, ultimate strength, elastic modulus than Shaper (p < 0.05). demonstrated highest fatigue angle rotation fracture The increased in order H, Endo. During shaping, greater clockwise torque less screw-in force compared files, superior cutting ability. Prime least force. At room temperature, consisted mixed phases austenite, martensite, R-phase; martensite; austenite.

Identification of distinct endoglycosidase (endo) activities in Flavobacterium meningosepticum: endo F1, endo F2, and endo F3. Endo F1 and endo H hydrolyze only high mannose and hybrid glycans.

Flavobacterium meningosepticum endo-beta-acetyl-glucosaminidase F preparations have been resolved by hydrophobic interaction chromatography on TSK-butyl resin into at least three activities designated endo F1, endo F2 and endo F3 each with a unique substrate specificity. The 32-kDa endo F1 protein is the principle component representing in excess of 95% of most earlier and currently available c...

Efficacy of XP-Endo Finisher R File in the Removal of Gutta-percha residue after root canal retreatment: an experimental study

Background and Aim: Complete removal of gutta-percha from the root canal system and its remnants is a challenge in endodontic retreatment. This ex-vivo study aimed to assess the efficacy of XP-Endo Finisher R (XEFR) in removing root filling remnants from straight canals of mandibular premolars in root canal retreatment.   Materials and Methods: In this ex-vivo study, 30 single-rooted mandib...

Smear layer removal evaluation of different protocol of Bio Race file and XP- endo Finisher file in corporation with EDTA 17% and NaOCl

Background The aim of the present study was to compare the amount of the smear layer remaining in prepared root canals with different protocols of Bio RaCe files and XP-endo Finisher file (XPF) in association with 17% EDTA and sodium hypochlorite solution. Material and Methods A total of 68 extracted single-rooted teeth were randomly divided into 4 experimental groups (n=14) and two control g...

Endo in Endo Alberto consolaro 1 clinical and imaginologic diagnosis of occlusal trauma

A more refined diagnosis tends to be based on subtle signs and symptoms, requiring the specialist to be extremely judicious and knowledgeable. Occlusal trauma should be included in the differential diagnosis of apical periodontitis and dental trauma. Ideally, when a tooth presents with pulp necrosis and signs of occlusal trauma, one should conduct the interview and diagnostic tests in search of...

p0010 As most people have experienced throughout their lifetimes, timing is everything. The ability to modify one’s behavior or physiology on a regular basis, be it daily, monthly, or yearly, is arguably one of the most adaptive responses of life and occurs in virtually all organisms, ranging from single-celled algae to complex humans. But why have biological rhythms evolved, and what functions...
